Pacific Island Radiologists

In collaboration with RAB, ARGANZ is pleased to offer Pacific Island Radiologists a special discounted rate for the workshop. You are encouraged to register and explore local sponsorship opportunities, which you will need to apply for directly. Local or other Pacific Island-based radiologists/specialists may register without an accommodation package, but must be residents of the Pacific Island Group. Dietary Requirements

The following options are intended to cater for people with food intolerances, allergies and lifestyle/belief systems. While we cater to as many allergies and special diet requests as possible, if you are following a very detailed and individual eating plan and your dietary requirements are outside of what is listed below, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. A delegate list will be produced for the workshop including name, organisation, state/region, and country, and may be distributed to meeting attendees. Contact details may be used to promote future ARGANZ meetings. These details will not be provided by the ARGANZ Executive to any other third party. You will have the opportunity to add any optional extras, such as extending your stay and partner social function package on the pages that follow.

Registration and pricing information:

  • Earlybird registration close: 7 June 2026
    Standard fees apply from: 8 June 2026
  • The workshop registration cost is AU$1,400 per person (AU$1,600 standard fee), this will be referenced as a note on your invoice.
  • Pricing includes AU$ GST of 10% for registration fees, applicable Fijian taxes for accommodation and credit card charges.
  • At the end of this registration form payment via credit card will be required.

Extending Your Reservation

Add extra nights at the workshop rate

Subject to availability, you can add up to three nights before and/or three nights after your workshop package at the special workshop rate.

  • $540 per Lagoon View room, per night
  • $580 per Lagoon Front room, per night
  • $710 per Lagoon Bure room, per night

To request additional nights, simply indicate when you’d like your extra night(s) below.


Extend your stay beyond the workshop rate

If you wish to stay longer than three nights before or after the workshop, the workshop room rate will not apply. Any additional nights will be treated as a separate booking to your ARGANZ Workshop registration, and a booking link will be provided to book directly with the hotel.

Unwind in paradise! Following registration, mingle with fellow attendees over sunset drinks and delicious canapés on the beautiful Vonu Lawn, Marriott Hotel, Momi Bay.

Workshop Dinner

Thursday 10 September, 1800-2200

An unforgettable evening by the lagoon. Join us for the Workshop Dinner on the serene Lagoon Beach at the Marriott Hotel, Momi Bay. Enjoy a delicious dinner and drinks package in a stunning beachfront setting.
Drinks, canapes and Fijian buffet dinner included.


Additional Option: Partner Social Package

You also have the option to purchase a partner social function package. This includes one adult ticket to the Welcome Function (Wednesday evening) and the Workshop Dinner (Thursday evening). Please select below if you’d like to add this to your registration.

Terms, Conditions and Additional Information

Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read and agree to the terms and conditions before indicating your acceptance.

PAYMENT

  • Payment Requirement and Method
    • Full payment is required to secure your place at the workshop. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
    • All payments must be made by credit card at the time of registration.
    • We do not accept alternative payment methods such as bank transfers or cheques.
  • Credit Card Fees and Statement Details
    • Your credit card statement will show the transaction as Outshine Conferences.
    • Credit card fees are included in your registration cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at fiona@outshine.co.nz.

  • Registration & Accommodation
    Should you wish to cancel your registration and/or accommodation, the following cancellation policy applies:
    • 90+ days prior to event (on or before 10 June 2026): Full refund minus $250 administration fee.
    • 60–89 days prior to event (from 11 June to 10 July 2026): 40% refund.
      If your workshop place/accommodation is resold, you will receive a full refund minus a $500 administration fee.
    • Within 60 days of event (from 11 July 2026): No refund.
      If your workshop place/accommodation is resold, you will receive a refund minus a $750 administration fee.
  • Force Majeure
    In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), your accommodation will be refunded less any non-refundable expenses incurred. Consideration would be given to delivering the workshop content virtually, depending upon circumstances. Should the workshop be cancelled outright, you will be refunded the workshop registration cost less any non-refundable expenses incurred.
  • Partner Function Tickets
    • Cancelled on or before 25 August: Full refund.
    • Cancelled on or after 26 August: No refund.
  • Accommodation Extras
    • Full refund for additional persons, if accommodation is not cancelled.

REGISTRATION CATEGORY

It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within 7 days; failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES

Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify. Certificates will be emailed to attending delegates at the conclusion of the workshop.

INSURANCE

ARGANZ and the Workshop Organisers accept no liability for losses associated with the workshop. Delegates are advised to arrange comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including cover for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement.

HEALTH & SAFETY

While reasonable steps will be taken to ensure delegate safety during official sessions, personal and leisure activities are undertaken at individual risk. Delegates are encouraged to:

  • Attend the onsite health and safety briefing.
  • Read the health and safety procedure document provided at registration.
  • Report all accidents and incidents.
  • Immediately advise Conference Managers, ARGANZ Executive members or venue staff of any concerns.
  • Respect personal safety and that of others.
  • Follow all venue and public health guidelines.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO

The ARGANZ Workshop is held in a public space. Photography and recording may occur, and images may be used for future marketing purposes. Attendees who do not wish their image to be used may object by emailing fiona@outshine.co.nz.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Registration requires consent to collect, store and use personal data for event administration and communication, including follow-up of partial registrations.

  • Australian GST (10%) applies only to the registration portion of the workshop package.
  • Accommodation, as well as the partner social function (if selected), is GST‑free, as these components are not subject to Australian GST.
  • Applicable Fijian taxes for accommodation and credit card fees have been included.
