To register for the Aotearoa NZ Anaesthesia ASM 2025, we require consent to process your data. This includes the collection, storage and use of your personal information to manage event registration, communication and participation.

If you are registering someone else on their behalf, enter their email address in the Email Address field and your own email address in the Additional Email field. All correspondence will be sent to both email addresses unless otherwise advised.

Billing Address

If your organisation has specific invoice requirements (to pay directly or for reimbursement), please provide these below. Invoices not meeting an organisation's payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued.

Delegate List

Personal information is collected on behalf of the meeting's parent bodies: ANZCA and NZSA. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to the ANZCA and NZSA. This list will not be provided by ANZCA and NZSA to any other third party.

Registration Inclusions


Once your registration is complete, you can select to pay on invoice or by credit card until the close of earlybird registration. From 6 October, payment via credit card will be required.


On-demand registration includes:

  • Access to all recorded scientific programme content from the meeting, including recordings of plenary and concurrent sessions.
  • Recordings will be available to watch in your own time from 24 November to 31 January 2026.


It does not include:

  • Live streaming of the scientific programme (sessions will be available to watch from 24 November 2025).
  • Workshops and some closed sessions, which are available for in-person attendees only and will not be recorded.


How to login and access on-demand content

  • You will be able to access the recordings from the plenary and concurrent sessions via a dedicated online on-demand platform.
  • Login details will be sent to you via email on 24 November, one week after the meeting concludes.
  • You will be able to access the on-demand platform anytime until 31 January 2026.


On-demand CPD

  • Participants who purchase an on-demand package will need to manually update their ANZCA CPD portfolios for on-demand viewing under the knowledge and skills - learning sessions activity.
  • Attendance certificates are not provided.
  • Suitable evidence can be written confirmation of registration, or a screenshot of online resources.

Terms and Conditions

Exclusions
Workshops are in person only and will not be recorded. 
Some sessions during the Scientific Programme may be of a sensitive nature and will be closed to all recording. These will not be available to watch on-demand. These sessions are marked in the programme with an *. The Scientific Programme is subject to late changes, and it may only be decided on the day that a session needs to be closed to recording.

Payment
Up to and including 5 October: Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).
From 6 October: You will be required to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) during the online registration process.
Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and incur a 2% booking fee.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Credit card payments are processed via a secure Windcave gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant with PCI DSS version 2.0. Registration confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of online registration.
If your organisation is paying your registration fee and has specific billing requirements, it is the delegate’s responsibility to provide these details during registration. Invoices that fail to meet the organisation's payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued. The delegate would then be responsible for arranging payment directly and seeking reimbursement from their organisation.

Cancellations
All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers by email to fiona@outshine.co.nz.

Cancellation or registration change date Charge
On or before 5 October 2025 Refunds will be issued less $110 administration fee.
From 6 October 2025 No refund available.


If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded less fees already incurred.

Registration Category
It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of your chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within seven days. Failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.
Should circumstances change and you wish to change your registration category from on-demand to in-person, you agree to the terms and conditions of an in-person attendee.

On-Demand Conference Platform
The on-demand content of the Aotearoa NZ Anaesthesia ASM 2025 will be delivered after the event from 24 November 2025 to 31 January 2026. The Conference Managers will provide guidelines on the best operating systems for optimum viewing of the on-demand content. The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.
