AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND
NON-INVASIVE VENTILATION WORKSHOP

Manawa | Ōtautahi Christchurch | Monday, 9 March 2026

On behalf of the faculty, we would like to thank the delegates for their attendance and engagement in the workshop. Thank you also to our sponsors, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Resmed, for their contributions to a successful event.

Join us for a one-day interactive, clinically focused workshop on the salient principles of NIV titration, focusing on acute decompensated hypercapnic respiratory failure (T2RF) in adults.

This workshop is intended to empower and upskill clinicians to provide appropriate NIV care for their patients, especially in healthcare setups or clinical scenarios where easy access to specialist NIV units and expertise may not be available.

Intensive care, Respiratory, and Sleep Medicine Physicians will facilitate this workshop. It will particularly interest RMOs working in respiratory and sleep medicine, general medicine, intensive care, emergency medicine, rural and medical physicians, nurse specialists and practitioners interested in providing NIV care to their patients.
