PAYMENT

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and will incur a 3% booking fee. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Credit card payments are processed via a secure Windcave gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0. Confirmation and a tax invoice/receipt will be sent via email.

CANCELLATIONS 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Managers via annie@outshine.co.nz Cancellations made prior to Sunday 7 August will be refunded less $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date.  You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Registration Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

HEALTH AND SAFTEY

The Registration Managers, in conjunction with the Organisers and the Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Registration Managers, in conjunction with the Organisers and the Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst on site, however, all attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy workshop environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing on site and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on site at the registration desk. 
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur on site at the workshop are reported. 
  • Informing the Organisers or a staff member at the Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.  
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other workshop attendees and employees.

COVID-19 AWARENESS

We also ask all on-site delegates to respect these additional Health and Safety guidelines to reduce any unknown transmission of the disease:

  • Mask wearing is not mandatory, but is recommended in indoor settings.
  • Do not come to the meeting or functions if you are unwell.
  • Report your cold and flu-like symptoms to your local health professional and get tested.
  • Wash or sanitise your hands regularly.
  • Sneeze or cough into your elbow and do not touch your face.
  • Adhere to the current recommended physical distancing, and any on-site signage and instructions.
  • Adhere to any venue and/or current Ministry of Health guidelines.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO

The NZ ANZSNM Branch Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, supporters, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some workshop activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Registration Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Registration Managers at annie@outshine.co.nz.

PRIVACY 

Personal information is collected on behalf of the ANZSNM NZ Branch Meeting. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, email address, organisation, state/region and country. It may be distributed to workshop attendees or supporters, and provided to the ANZSNM NZ Branch Meeting Organisers. This list will not be provided by the ANZSNM NZ Branch Meeting Organisers to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list, please indicate during the registration process. Attendance information is collected for the purposes of contact tracing, and may be disclosed to the Ministry of Health should the need arise.

DATA PROTECTION

Please note, that the European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the NZ ANZSNM Branch Meeting 2022 is based in New Zealand, and we do not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected. Please note, when you register online you will be asked to give your consent to providing your personal information to register for the meeting. INSURANCE

NZ ANZSNM Branch Meeting and the Registration Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the conference.
