All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. NZDSI member endorsement and approval by the NZDSI Executive Committee is required for attendance from nurses/scientists and non-dermatological medical practitioners.

Important Note: Fraudulent Websites

Please be aware of fraudulent websites, companies and individuals that link to the NZDSI Annual  Conference 2025 to offer registrations, hotel bookings and other services. This website is the official and only NZDSI Annual  Conference website. NZDSI and the conference organisers do not accept any responsibility for bookings made via unofficial websites/agencies or any money lost as a result.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

PAYMENT
Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

From 27 July 2026, you will be required to pay by credit card during the online registration process. Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and incur a 2% processing fee. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Credit card payments are processed via Windcave which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2. Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your online registration.

If your organisation is paying your registration fee and has specific billing requirements, it is the delegate's responsibility to provide these details during registration. Invoices that fail to meet the organisation's payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued. The delegate would then be responsible for arranging payment directly and seeking reimbursement from their organisation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz.

Cancellations made prior to 26 July, 2026, will be refunded less $100.00 NZD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for full cancellations will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. 

If for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled outright, the registration fees will be refunded less a $200.00 NZD administration fee.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made prior to 26 July 2026 will be refunded less $50.00 NZD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for cancellations will be made after this date, unless your place is filled by a delegate on our waiting list, in which case you will receive a refund less $50.00 NZD. Should the workshop be cancelled, it will not be delivered as a virtual event, and a refund will be provided less the cost of administration fees.

 REGISTRATION CATEGORY
It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within 7 days; failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO
The NZDSI Annual Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some conference activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the conference. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Conference attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz.

ON-SITE HEALTH & SAFETY
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with NZDSI Organising Committee and the Conference Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy conference environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZDSI Organising Committee and the Conference Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all conference attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each conference attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy conference environment through:
•    Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
•    Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on-site at the registration desk.
•    Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the conference are reported.
•    Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the NZDSI Organising Committee or a staff member at the Conference Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
•    Respecting your own personal safety and that of other conference delegates and employees.
•    Follow all venue and public health guidelines and regulations.

DELEGATE LIST
Personal information is collected on behalf of the NZDSI. A delegate list will be produced for the conference including name, email address, organisation, and region/country. It will be distributed to conference attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the NZDSI Annual Conference. This list will not be provided by NZDSI to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

INSURANCE
NZDSI and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the conference. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the conference.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES
Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We require consent to process your data. This includes the collection, storage and use of your personal information to manage event registration, communication and participation. It may also involve capturing details from partial registrations to ensure we can follow up and assist you with completing your registration.
