Should the maximum number be reached, you will be placed on a waiting list during the registration process, and will be notified should a place becomes available.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. There is no virtual or on-demand component.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and will incur a 2% booking fee. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Credit card payments are processed via a secure Windcave gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0. Confirmation and an invoice/receipt will be sent via email upon completion of your online registration.
Cancellations
All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz. Should a replacement be found from the waiting list, you will receive a full refund. Waiting list replacements are given priority but if no wait list is in place, you may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.
Health & Safety
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZPPB Course convenors and the Course venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZPPB Course and the Course venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst on-site, however, all attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities. Each attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment through:
Personal information is collected on behalf of NZPPB Course. A delegate list will be produced for the Course including name and organisation, and email address. It will be distributed to Course attendees and sponsors, and provided to TSANZ and future organisers of the NZPPB Course. This list will not be provided by TSANZ or the NZPPB Course to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the delegate list please indicate during the registration process.
Insurance
The NZPPB Course and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the Course. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the conference.
Photography / Video
The NZPPB Course is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants or sponsors, news organisations, and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some Course activities. Additionally, NZPPB Course may arrange for photos to be taken during the Course. The NZPPB Course reserves the right to use images taken with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the Course with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of NZPPB Course. Course attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz.
Attendance Certificates
Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories. Healthcare industry and sponsor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance.

- Respecting your own personal safety and that of other conference delegates and employees.
- Follow all venue and public health guidelines and regulations.
- Cancel attendance if unwell, as the Course involves patient models.
