Call for Complex Cases

All delegates are invited to submit cases for the Complex Cases Session.


Please note the following rules for submitting complex vascular anomalies cases to be presented at the Complex Cases Session:

  1. Attendees who wish to discuss complex VA cases are to submit a brief outline of the case (up to 150 words including initials and age of the patient) with the name and contact details of the presenter, to the Chair of the AVAN Organising Committee by 1st November to Dr Fiona Smithers, Course Convenor via email at fiona.smithers@huttvalleydhb.org.nz
  2. The Chair will consider the submissions and will notify the delegates the acceptance/decline of the submission by email, by 15 November.
  3. The delegate will have 1 minute to present, by a pre-loaded PowerPoint presentation at the session, of the case which will be discussed by a panel of experts for 14 minutes.
