Registration Inclusions*

  • Admission to all course sessions;
  • One admission to the Drinks and Canapes function;
  • Catering for the course.

* Day registrations include admission to course sessions and catering for the selected day only. Saturday registrations include one admission to the Drinks and Canapes function.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd, and incur a 3% administration charge.  All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, and include 15% GST.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure DPS Payment Express gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0.  Should you wish to register by post, please contact the Registration Managers, and a form will be emailed to you.  Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.

CANCELLATIONS 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz. Cancellations made prior to Friday 3 January will be refunded less $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social function will be assessed on a case by case basis.  You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Registration Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO

The NZCPR 2020 is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, NZCPR may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. NZCPR reserves the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Registration Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz.

PRIVACY 

Personal information is collected on behalf of NZCPR. A delegate list may be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and email address.  It may be distributed to meeting attendees, provided to NZCPR and future organisers of NZCPR courses. This list will not be provided by the NZCPR 2020 Organising Committee to any other third party.  Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

DATA PROTECTION

Please note, the European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the NZCPR 2020 is based in New Zealand, and we may not have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected. Please note, when you register online you will be asked to give your consent to providing your personal information in order to register for the meeting.
