Abstract Submission

The Organisers would like to invite paper submissions for the New Zealand Lung Cancer Conference 2025.

Oral Proffered Paper Prize | NZ $500 

Oral paper submissions are invited from all attendees for presentation at the conference. If your submission is not accepted for oral presentation, it may be accepted for a poster display, in which case it is not eligible for prize consideration.

Oral Submission Terms and Conditions

• Abstract submission must be made via the presentation portal, using the Background, Method, Results and Conclusion format.
• The abstract text should be limited to 250 words (this applies to the main body of the abstract only and excludes the abstract title, authors, affiliations and references).
• Oral presentations are likely to be 15 minutes in total (including 5 minutes question time), dependent on the final number of accepted oral presentations. 
• Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts and the reviewer’s decision is final. Should your abstract submission not be selected for oral presentation, you may be given the opportunity to present your research as a poster.  However, poster presentations are not eligible for the paper prize.
• Applicants will be notified of acceptance by 5 May 2025. All presenting authors (oral or poster) must pay and register for the conference as an on-site attendee.
